Our Vision
Our vision at First Baptist, Palmer
is to bring people to a relationship with Jesus
Christ, both in His family and the un-churched
community. We are about God, families and friends
of all ages. We are about love. We are focused on
reaching the un-churched, helping the sick, being a
support system for the Hispanic Ministry and
focusing on families.
We have a strong vision of reaching
those in our community through our various
ministries, including but not limited to our
Daycare, Awana ministry, Youth ministry, Visitation
program and fellowship events.
We believe in loving God through
worship, loving each other, prayer, discipleship,
and fellowship, and loving others through ministry,
evangelism, and compassion.
This vision guides us in our passion
to make a difference in the lives of people in our
community and beyond.

them do to you.
Our Values
We believe that Christians should be
the “salt of the earth”, and the “light of the
world” in all areas of life.
We accomplish this by first and
foremost by being Christ’s people; believing that
God sent Jesus to die on the cross for our sins and
that once we have accepted Jesus in to our hearts we
are a forgiven people. We stand by our Baptist
doctrine. We are firm believers in every
God-breathed word in the Bible. We believe it from
beginning to end. We believe it is the inspired
word of God – true and trustworthy.
We renew our commitments daily by
evangelizing the lost and un-churched by focusing on
our personal relationship with God, prayer, loving
other people, caring for families including elderly,
sick, children and young families.
We strive to maintain integrity and
excellence in His service, and an intimacy with God
that would encourage others to follow in His way.
